Maybe you find out about using hot houses, or fast growing varieties, or frost tolerant plants. Then write a short ebook about what you have found out and offer it for sale online. You can do all this in a few evenings of work. You now have a solution for the problem these people have and you can sell it. The best part is, once the original work is done you can continue to sell the ebook for years to come to other gardeners.
