Why, you may ask, would I want to start an internet business? You may be well paid or happily employed. You might already own a business, but the truth of the matter is that if you do not have an internet business you are in a vulnerable position.

Firstly, you may think your job is secure but if you are working for a company, large or small, you are always seen as an expense. Sure some companies may treat their employees well and create a fabulous work environment, but if it ever comes down to you or the boss, you are gone. Like to travel? Like time off? Like to retire? I bet you answer yes to all of these and I would be willing to wager that you don’t get enough of any of them. Having an internet business can allow you the freedom to do all of these things much sooner than you may imagine. Your life could soon revolve around travel or you could retire from traditional work before you know it. We spend a lot of money to remain employed. Car, gas, work clothes, lunch out, travel expenses, day care, etc. Having a job can be very expensive!
It is easy. Dare I say that? Well okay, maybe not – but it is all relative. The point is, it has never been easier to start an internet business than now. You no longer have to be a magician to build a web site, hosting fees are low, and there is a plethora of good information out there about how to start an internet business. Business as we know it is moving to the internet at a break neck speed. The ones that get there now will be much better off in a couple years than those which don’t.
